The Forest Park Carousel (www.forestparkcarousel.com) is generously opening their gates to the School Sisters of Notre Dame Educational Center for Women for a one-night benefit.
On Friday, June 12th, from 5 PM to 9 PM, you will be able to ride this historic NYC Landmark as many times as you want (for $10 per person) -- or $3 per individual ride.
All proceeds from the rides during this time slot will go to the School Sisters of Notre Dame Educational Center in Woodhaven, Queens.
There will be a face painter on premises for the kids -- and the kids will delight to the magical charms of Omar the Ollusionist!
This is a great opportunity to come out and enjoy our beloved landmark -- and help a great group at the same time!
The School Sisters of Notre Dame Educational Center for Women is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit located in Southwest Queens, New York, empowers underserved women of all races and faiths to reach the fullness of their potential. Within a safe and welcoming environment the Center provides free programs that educate and nurture the whole person. This Catholic sponsored Center is rooted in the belief that women are agents of transformation for the family, society, and the world.
